Since joining Magellan AI in 2022, Ballas has been a driving force behind the company's measurement business. As GM, Measurement, he led the development and scaling of solutions that have changed how advertisers evaluate audio performance, helping grow the division into a core component of the business. His ability to anticipate where the market is headed and build solutions to meet it has been central to that growth.
Under his leadership, Magellan AI launched Broadcast Radio Attribution in March 2026, modernizing one of advertising’s largest channels within a unified, cross-channel measurement platform. The solution enables brands to evaluate radio campaigns alongside podcasts, streaming audio, and connected TV in a single view. Ballas has also expanded tools like Reach Lift and incremental lift analysis, giving advertisers clearer insight into how audio drives real business outcomes across their media mix.
With this promotion, Ballas will continue advancing measurement forward in a way that reflects how media works today, helping marketers evaluate performance holistically rather than channel by channel.
